I need a foam with some odd specifications, It needs to be something that can either be cut or mold poured (Preferably Poured). It needs to have some wieght to it but either shatter or collapse on light impact. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Shatter on light impact means a very brittle material. How about thin-walled glass spheres like Christmas tree ornaments?

Heavy (significant mass) implies strong, even if it is only relatively strong. For example, thick-walled glass balls are much stronger than Christmas tree ornaments but both are weaker than hardened steel ball bearings.

Define "light impact". Define "have some weight to it".

How about a dense polyurethane resin or foam filled highly filled with thin-walled glass balls? You can buy microballoons in quite a range of sizes. You can buy urethane foam resins and hardeners. Mix to meet your needs.

They have some perfect foam for that at Home Depot..the name escapes me but it's dispensed from a spray-like type can...
