i have a wood basement. I took off the bottom 4 feet of drywall and found there was some moisture in certain places between the studs .What i am wondering if I could get a sealler that will keep that moisture out .With out having to excavate the outside of my house

If you are seeing moisture on the inside of your wood foundation a sealer won't help all that much. Water will find another way in eventually.

But my house is for sale if i could just block it for a couple years that would be great there must be some kind of sealler

Uhhhhh, how about telling us which house is yours so we don't buy a problem house with a known defect.

I smell legal problems for you if you don't disclose the problem. Hopfully any buyer you may have will hire a home inspector that will find the problem.
