Stick Framing vs ICF Walls

Hello All, First time on the site, great forum. I have a question for anyone out there that has any experience using Insulated concrete forms.

First, what is the cost difference between ICF's and a lumber frame? (I would imagine it's high?

Second, How difficlut is it to rough-in the mechanicals?

I've seen between 5 and 15% higher for ICF, depending on complexity of structure.
Not too difficult roughing-in with some pre-planning.
