sagging roof

this winter there was a lot of snow and my grandmas cabins roof is sagging. there is an area about 6 feet in diameter that sinks down and pretty much that whole half of the roof is sagging a little. from the attic nothing is broken. does this sound familiar to anyone, what can she do?
