My house is about a year old and I noticed that during the cooling season, the heat pump has a lot of condensation on the exterior of the unit (sheet metal). I'm concerned that this could be a source of moisture to promote mold growth. It is a Rheem unit about 13 SEER. Is this normal or is there a problem. Any insight would be appreciated.
