Please, any advise on the difference between boilers.....floor mount, wall hung, modulating, condensing and tankless water heaters is appreciated.
It's to heat a radiant floor for a 3-5 year heating season on propane.
No DHW is needed and it will be a closed loop. Low up-front cost but a good reliable heating source is needed for a 2700sq.ft workshop with a heatloss of 75000btu's.
