Source for Construction Details for Log Home

Drawing up a set of construction drawings for a log home. I was wondering if there was some where you could get standard CAD details for walls, roof, window and door openings etc. to use on a detail sheet. I was thinknig that even if a had to edit them it would save a lot of time versus re-creating them. Looking for something in DXF or DWG.
