They just installed the AC in my cookie-cutter and this is what got installed:

The house is 3600 sq ft under air, 2000 upstairs, 1600 down.

The downstairs air handler is SEER 14 rated Tempstar. Specs on the yellow Energy Star sheet show HSPF of 8.2

The air handler model is a Tempstar FEM4X3600A with an N4H3336AKA compressor (I think this may be the recommended, not actually what's outside). Outside the compressor unit is actually N4H336AKB300, new 410 refrigerant and 13 SEER rated.

The upstairs air handler is SEER 14 rated Tempstar. Specs on the yellow Energy Star sheet show HSPF of 8.5

The air handler model is a Tempstar FEM4X4200A with an N4H342AKA compressor (I think this may be the recommended, not actually what's outside). Outside the compressor unit is actually N4H342AKA300, new 410 refrigerant and 13 SEER rated.

The house is advertised as SEER 14 HVAC. Does this setup sound sufficient and is Tempstar a good brand? (I obviously can't change it out as this is a cookie-cutter, and I don't need it to be top of the line, just decent).

I do have tinted double-pane windows and sliding-glass door and R31 blown-in ceiling insulation.

Thanks.
