insulating shed

the shed will hold a water chlorination system. 4'x4' 7' tall. i will frame with 2x4s. what will work for insulation? i hope to heat the space with one or two 100watt bulbs. should i use rigid board or will r13 fiberglass be o.k.?

Insulation values are determined by your geographic location, find out what is required by code in your area. It gets cold in NY R13 may not be enough.
