I have one zone that keeps loosing programming. All of the others are fine. On my second switch. What the hecks the problem

I know this is a bit late, but for the record...

without being on site for something like this I wouldn't be able to say. Best bet is to call the manufacturer's tech support, they can walk you through possible solutions.
