Hello everyone. My name is Jeremy and I'm of course new here. My wife and I are in the planning stage of building our dream home and my dream garage. (40x60x16) I hope to find lots of good info on here and maybe pick your brains for tips on how to do things the best way.

That is what my architect told me as well. I should be back in the U.S. sometime late summer/early fall. I really can't wait. I would love to be building this fall.
