Has anyone rented Paris apt from one of the below?

My husband and daughter and I will be in Texas (United States) in March. We are thinking of renting with one of the following companies


HUD Subsidized Apartments
Holiday Park Apartments


Neither company has any real reviews. After I read of some other people losing money on apt rentals in Paris-we are a bit concerned

I'm afraid I'd have to keep looking. I seem to recall some unfortunate axe murders at Holiday Park. From what I've heard it takes 30 minutes just to get through the metal detectors. Have a nice trip wherever you're heading :)
