I'm trying to find pics or diagrams showing how to build forms for a 22 x 24 garage concrete pad with 4 to 6 inch high curb wall. I live in northern alberta, looking to pour a monolithic slab. I can form a flat pad easy enough but would like to build curb wall forms as well. Any help or pictures would be appreciated

Around here, with a 48" frost depth, garages (attached or detatched) are frequently built using a concrete block stem wall and a 4" floating slab inside, but not connected to the block. The block allows vertical steel and grout to put in the required anchor bolts into the plate/sill and hope the wood butchers put on the nuts. This allows the owner to have the desired curb to get the wood far enough from the soil and pour a floating slab that can be sloped as desired, since a 8" or so curb is enough for most configurations. - Easy to clean and wash out the salt and winter debris. no one wants to clean out between the studs.
A floating foundation can move any way and any direction and the drainage is changed.

I'm building a 22 x 24 garage , should the measurements of the pad be a bit smaller to compensate for plywood and siding or does it matter?

Plywood and siding thicknesses are just incidental should be ignored. Make structure that has exterior dimensions that are modular. This will provide as system to allow a proper modular framing and stud spacing system (16" or 24" o.c.). The plywood will fit that.
The drip line of the exterior should be slightly beyond the structure's dimensions.
