hang 100# punching bag from sissor truss

Having 20 x24 garage built in a couple of days with 9' 2x6 walls and sissor truss roof on the 20' span. I want to hang a 100# heavy bag from the ceiling, is this possible with a sissor truss design? thanks

If the truss engineer has been told to design for it, sure.

trusses are already comming today, did not think about the extra weight till last night

Call back to the truss plant. They can normally check to see if it will work or provide a field modification to reinforce the area if needed.

My local truss designer allows for a 200# pt load in all truss designs. I think they figure that eventually someone around here will hang a deer or elk from one of them.
As Don_P said, call your truss mfg. They should be able to design a beam (most likely 2x material) that could share loads across several trusses, if it wasn't originally considered.
