hair line crack...

I am about to finish my basement and noticed there are some hair-line cracks running horizontally on the top of the concrete walls infront of the windows. Is this a concern, if so what should I use to fill/repair it? Thanks.

I don't think it should be a problem. If there were 1/4" cracks I may be concerned more. With concrete it's not if it will crack - it's when and how bad.. kind of like bull riding.
