scratched porcelain tile

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I'll try anyway. Is there anyway to fix a really, really, small ding in a porcelain tile? The ding is about the size of a poppy seed and the tile is trapped - the words impossible and fuhgeddabowdet come to mind when I think of replacing it. Thanks.
