1664 Sq ft single story home, finished bonus over garage (350 sq ft). Full unfinished basement - rough-plummed - all brick. Just added 2 wood-burning fireplaces (one upstairs/one in basement- for $3000 total) all osb, tyvek wrapped, vaulted living room. 9' ceilings, crown mold, appliances (stove\reefer) 9' basement. Signed contract price here in the South for under $150k....thoughts? received at least 5 quotes and we chose this builder..a little slow, but seems to be an honest Christian guy.
