Does anyone know the rough opening for a 2' 8" exterior door?
I am planning to move this door, but I am not sure what the RO is for it.
Any help is appreciated.

Rough opening sizes can vary, depending on the thickness of the jamb. But if you add 2 1/2" it should work for any door. If your door is, say, 2/8 X 6/8, your R.O. would be 34 1/2" X 82 1/2". You generally want about 1/2" spaces along the sides and top for shimming and insulating. Personally, I only add 2" and I make sure the studs on my 'hinge' side are perfectly plumb, then I attach my 'hinge' jamb directly to the stud, then shim the other side jamb and the center of the top jamb. Makes for a stronger installation and lessens the 'slam-echo' effect.
If you're moving the door - pop the interior trim off and check the RO :)
Just to add to Tom's post - when attaching the hinge directly to the stud use a 2" screw through the hinge.. replacing one of the screws there already.

Outswing doors are usually shorter that inswing doors
