Sears Multi tool

I just purchased this multi tool from Sears. It's corded and variable speed; 11,000 to 19,000 osc's per second.
The manual says nothing about recommended speed for different operations.
Anybody out there have the answers?

Adjust as needed. For finer more precise cuts use a lower speed to start with. I have heard that the blades for those are cheap in comparison to the Fein blades.
