I purchased a Bosch DLR130 electronic distance measurer for $70 new in the box on eBay about 2 weeks ago. They finally got the technology right, it's accurate to 1/16" over 130'! Measuring a house takes about a quarter of the time it used to take me. I highly recommend all builders, architects and engineers pick up one of these... it is soooo cool!
